T The Efraín Huerta Municipal Library, part of the Celaya Institute of Art and Culture, is a space dedicated to promoting knowledge, reading, and inclusion. Designed to meet the needs of children, youth, and adults, it offers specialized areas that facilitate learning and research. It has spaces adapted for people with visual and/or hearing disabilities, promoting accessibility and skill development for all audiences.

Its services include reading promotion activities, user guidance, home and library loans, and digital services. It offers various spaces, including an auditorium, a reference room, a general library, a youth library, a library for people with visual disabilities, and a video library. Its collection includes reference, general, and children’s collections, as well as periodical publications.
